I looked at the eMetric scores for East Dakota Educational Cooperative and High Impact 11th grade for 2007-2008 and 2008-2009. eMetric I had to get my user name and password from my building administrator. Examining the scores from the year before was eye-opening. This is a subject that that I truly liked in high school. I thought it came pretty easy to me and I am shocked that it is something that the students did not excel.
The 2008 and 2009 Science test scores indicate that Standard 9-12.S.L.2 was one of the lowest in the class. It was hard to determine the results based on EDEC because many of the students came halfway through the year or were not in science at EDEC. We also do not have the ability to access most of their data because it is only available to their home schools such as Brandon, West Central, or Tea.
